This one is at the end of its journey...
I followed this butterfly around for about half an hour before I could get it to sit still long enough, I had time to take one shot and notice that its left wing was horribly damaged, probably by some bird or bat, or maybe just because of age, before it got out of reach for good. I was quite disappointed, but then when I saw the photo, I couldn't see that it was maimed. I just love the fact that something so fragile and handicaped gave me such a hard time :) |

Nice shot. Composition wise thee butterfly needed to be a bit more to the right of the shot, staring at open space.
