Hi Baqer, Nice shot, very well lit and well focused on the face. I think a smaller aperture setting to being the wingtips into focus and more background would be nice (it looks cropped a little tight).

Good capture of bird in flight, you should have left little space in the front atleast to give moment..well its subjective. TFS.
