Hi Ram and sorry for the delay

I was going to return with this critique yesterday, bu then an opportunity appeared and i went on a little outing and by the time i came back i was actually very tired.
But, at least i cam back with a little surprise for you :) (you'll see it i think in my next post).

This is another lovely shot of your "pretty damselfly".
The close-up here is very nice and the level of magnification is terrific. The details came out excellent and the colors and vivd and beautiful.
Unfortunately the closer part of the damsel is a tiny bit out of the full-focus area. The hairs came out terrific and very sharp but right eye and right side of the thorax is a little out...that can be avoided by using again a higher f-stop number.
The big problem really is that the view-finder is usually too small to notice these small features. Sometimes even by looking at the LCD from the camera is not enough. I know i can through away more than half of the photos i take in any trip simply because they are not focus correctly of that part of the subject is out of focus.
Anyway, the shot is ovarall great and i have to say that the diagonal composition work very nicely here.

Hi Ram.
Very impressive macro-shot. Great magnification ratio and excellent composition. Your work with flash is excellent too.

In this spring I have tested my own recommendation on macro shooting. I begin to think that the better (at least for TN) a bit more long distance to shooting object and then cropping than minimal distance without cropping. In second case light conditions and final quality of the shot are better.
