Hi Ram,
That is a unique image in that the background is a little surreal.The blue is really vibrant.I think a little more DOF would have been better here as the left wing would be in sharp focus.

Very nice closeup of fly.I like the way this fly has held the leaf in its legs. I doubt that his head is in soft focus and abdomen is in more focus.( correct me if I am wrong).The details on wings are incredible. The background is diferent. How did you achieve the blue/purple color?

Hi Ram,
The color combination of the blue and yellow are really something special. It makes for a very attractive photo. The focus on the fly is perfect, showing even the little hairs on its back. The light reflecting of it back gave the armor a beautiful look, almost like opal. A wonderful composed shot.

Hi Ram,

Nice work here, you have shown good skill with your camera to keep all of the fly in focus. Being a very small subject it must have been tricky to get in position. The colours in this shot are exceptional and really vivid. There is some slight noise I might try a WS for you.

Hello Ram,
Very impressive macro of this Blue-bottle with an almost psychedelic BG, the direction of the lighting adding to the dramatic effect. Great POV and comp. A better DOF might have made the BG less blurred, but how you achieved the lilac-fading-to-blue BG is a mystery.

This is really a very good and very interesting macro!
The colors here are outstanding and i really don't know what the BG is but it looks fantastic!
The details on the fly are impeccable, the lighting on the back of the fly is excellent and the reflection for it's body is really great!
I only said "in the back of the fly" because the only nit of this shot is the lack of light on the eyes and "face" of the fly...maybe a really turned down flash would have helped to fill in.
Anyway, the POV is terrific, too, just like the DOF.
The focus is spot-on and the composition is great.

haa who suspect taht is lethal fly! Maybe the head is with no good focus by i like the colours of the insect nd how combined with the Bg. The reflections in the wing are nice as well. Interesting document
