Males have these voice balloons. According to my observations, in case of other males approach, the resident one blows it and shows its power to another by crying to make him leave out of his territory.
I hope boreocypriensis (Bayram Gocmen) helps determining the specie.

Cok guzel bir fotograf, elinize saglik Emre Bey.

A fine male Rana specimen during an advertising call Emre, you've caught the marsh frog in perfect focus by an excellent use of selectively shallow DOF, leaving the BG and FG in a relatively fuzzy condition. Those voice sacs are used as resonators to amplify and carry the call far away to attract possible mates.

Türün Tayinini gördüğüm kadarıyla yapmışsınız zaten:) Zaten o yörede 2 Rana türü var biri R. bedriagae (=R. ridibunda) diğeri ise R. dalmatina (Çevik Kurbağa). Çevik kurbağa da zaten erkeklerinde dış ses keseleri yok. Yani Bataklık kurbağası tanımınız doğru. Ses çıkarma ile ilgili yazdıklarınıza gelince, sanırım Atatür Hocamız bu konuda birşeyler yazmış.
Ses çıkarma özellikle üreme ile ilgili ve erkeklerin dişileri çağırması, yer belirtme vs. için kullanılır. Çekim harika. Bir kez daha tebrikler.
