Erinaceus concolor
Our field trip continue and we are in Hopa now. Four days ago we were in Giresun (Bulancak, Samugüney willage). This hedgehog suddenly appeared inside darkness and we took some photo by using flash.
My photos will continue from our trip.

I am currently running a tight schedule and do not have time for a proper critique, but I could not let the opportunity pass to leave a few words by your posting, as it is not often that one see a clear and detailed picture of a hedgehog. The details captured are just great especially the hairs in the face and its paws. If time permits, please have a look at the image I have posted recently of a hedgehog fly. The resemblance is astounding. Thanks for sharing and although words are few, appreciation is plenty. Best regards.
