Hi Ozcan,the light isn't perfect,but seem a Chrysopa perla Excellent capture,this insect aren't easy to found because are always under the leaves! Perfect focus and sharpness,my best compliments,Luciano

I like this picture very much, although the light is indeed not optimal. Those insects are commonly named "lace wings" and your picture nicely shows us why !
It is a Chrysopidae all right, perhaps even Chrysopa sp, but not C.perla which has a quite different pattern of dark lines...
