Falco tinnunculus (TUR: Kerkenez, ENG: Kestrel): This photo dedicated to raptorman (Akif Aykurt). The most common species of the genus Falco in Türkiye. Falco represented by 10 species in Türkiye. Hovering behaviour is characteristic for this species while hunting.

Sevgili Akif, senin için bir kaç gündür güzel bir yırtıcı çekmeye çalışıyordum ve sonunda bu kerkenez gönüllü oldu ve karşımıza geçip güzel pozlar verdi. Bunu sana armağan ediyorum.
