Hi to all,

This is a very beautiful butterfly which flies in East. This from the highest mountain in Turkey, Mt.Ararat(5167 m).

The species is;

LAT: Coenonympha saadi
TR : İran Zıpzıp Perisi
ENG: Saadi's Heath

RANGE. Transcaucasia, Iran, Iraq, SE. Turkey.

HABITAT AND BIOLOGY. Arid sparse woodlands, desert and semi-desert areas. Flight period: May-July. Host plants (Hesselbarth, 1983): Poa and other grasses.

Hello Goldfinch,
I like the composition and POV.
Sharp detail, with good DOF and natural color seen in the subject. The colors of the b-fly stand out well against the black BG and greytones.
