The details and colors on the ant are perfect, some parts of the ant seem to be almost translucent in the light. Hi Sebnem,
Sharp detail and excellent DOF in an interesting composition. Great POV as well. The dark BG makes it very nice. I generally use center-weighted metering in my insect macros..But in this case I understand why you used it (bright subject, dark BG)..No ringflash?

I never managed to get such a sharp shot of an ant. It's wonderful here, so sharp and clear, for my 90 mm Tamron they seem to be tooo tiny.
