Söğütbülbülü (Phylloscopus trochilus), ötleğengiller (Sylviidae) familyasından orman kenarlarıda, çalılıklarda ve parklarda yaygın olan ince ve yeşilimsi bir kuş türü.
Tipik olarak açık renk bacaklı, oldukça düz kafalı, uzun kanatlı bir kuştur ve kendine özgü, tatlı ve kalınlaşan notaların akıcı serisinden oluşan bir ötüşü vardır.

Üst tarafı açık grimsi-yeşilden zeytin yeşili-yeşile kadar değişir. Gözünün üzerinde açık renkli bir çizgi bulunur, bu çizgi gencinde daha uzun ve daha sarıdır. Açık renk göz halkası, çıvgının aksine çok net görünmez. Alt tarafı beyazımsı, göğsü açık sarı, gencinin alt tarafı tamamen daha parlak sarıdır. Bacakları açık kahverengidir, nadiren koyu olabilir. Primer projeksiyonu çıvgınınkinden biraz daha uzundur.

Kuzeybatı Avrupa kuşları ya daha gri ya da daha kahverengidirler, yeşil renkli kuşlar daha azdır. Beslenirken kuyruğunu çıvgın gibi yere doğru eğmez.

The Willow Warbler, Phylloscopus trochilus, is a very common and widespread leaf warbler which breeds throughout northern and temperate Europe and Asia.[2]

It was described by Linnaeus in his Systema Naturae in 1758 under the genus Motacilla.[3]

This "warbler" is strongly migratory and the majority of the population winters in sub-Saharan Africa. It is one of the first leaf warblers to return in the spring but is later than the Chiffchaff, Phylloscopus collybita.[2]

This is a bird of open woodlands with trees and ground cover for nesting, including birch and willow uplands. The nest is built in close contact with the ground, often in low vegetation. Like most Old World warblers, this small passerine is insectivorous.[2]

This is a typical leaf warbler in appearance, greenish brown above and off-white below. It is very similar to the Chiffchaff, but non-singing birds can be distinguished from that species by their paler legs, longer paler bill, more elegant shape and longer primary projection.

Hi Cahit, This is a very good pose you hace captured in the picture of the Willow Warbler.Good detail and pastle looking colours. It makes the picture loo like a water painting. A nice POV/DOF . well done tFS.
