I had just opened the woodshed door and I saw this lovely, curious weasel.
In Turkey, there is a belief in some regions that if you don't talk to weasels in a nice and gentle manner, they try to harm you or your clothes or anything they find. But if you are nice to them, they just do nothing and go in peace.
I didn't have the camera with me when I first saw him amidst the wood and I told him genlty to wait for me. Upon my return, he was still there and as you see, posed for me (I used flash!) for a few shots, and then disappeared under the wood.
