Splendid shot. Great moment captured (though not sure whether it was a great for that fly). Lovely colours and a superb smooth BG. Excellent POV and DOF. I like the intense look and the impeccable concentration of the bird. Fabulous eyes. Very nicely composed and presented. Kudos.
