This mentha species forms large patches on this plateau (1000 meters from sea). I observe that it prefers rather damp soil. I am not sure about the exact ID of the species.

What a wonderful subject and rich of content shot. You managed to combine close-up flower shot with amazing landscape. Superb DOF, fantastic details and crisp sharpness of the FG and main subject, nice well detailed BG. Bravo. Excellent picture.
