A fine macro-reproduction of a beautiful specimen Tamer, the POV is ideal, the limited DOF perfect for the fine focusing of the anterior part of the feeding bird, also finely capturing the reserve food in one foot, which nicely demonstrates the shrike's feeding strategy. Good work indeed!

Fantastic portrait with excellent detail, perfect colours and depth of field with not a hint of noise anywhere. Excellent framing and superb focus. The different layers of colours and markings in the plumage are just great. The composition and pose is stunning. Such a gready bird. Eating one insect and holding another one in its paw. I also fancy the flash light you captured in the eye. Thanks for sharing this delightful photo.
