It seems me that the name of the plant is Ornithogalum narbonense - Yuo can see for instance here :

Je pense aussi qu'il s'agit d'un ornithogalum.
La publication est intéressante mais je déplore le cadrage trop serré amputant la partie supérieure du sujet et l'absence de commentaire.

Nice POV and shot. This species is Ornithogalum pyrenaicum because of a tall plant and petals greenish. related to Ornithogalum sphaerocarpum.
