Hi Okan, and welcome to TN
I have been unable to look at your postings before now, but am gald to "meet" another birder. My son & his wife are also medical doctors, in UK, and rear your age.
I know this spesies quite well though I have never seem them. I had to ID it for someone on TE, when I was stil posting over there. Compo, POV is good. I know it is difficult, but try and get to the level of your subject, so that you shoot at it, not down on it. Difficult when youare I a car,I know. Also, use fill flash, it wil place a highlight in the eye of your subject, enhancing the image impact.
I had a look at your ugky barn owl babies 0 they are SO sweet, I have never seen the chicks and love those scrawny little faces.
