Interesting use of desaturation. I like this a lot. I like the way you've boosted the contrast to highlight the outlines of the jellyfish.

I like this image alot. The use of b&w works really well, as does the noise, and the texture of the water adds a really interesting feel as a whole.
I would like to see the colour version as a ws, but this b&w version works very well for me.
