Merhaba Şebnem Hanım,
Fotoğrafın küçük formunu görünce yine havada yakalanmış bir dövüş sahnesi sandım. Tıklayınca baktım ki heyhaaaat, yanılmışım :). Ama bu yanılgı insanı üzen bir yanılgı türünden olmadı. Bu ne hoş bir kompozisyon böyle! Su resmen ayna gibi. Çok duru ve berrak. Yansımalar mükemmel. Ancak bu kadar güzel alınabilirdi bu kare. Hani bazen filmlerde derler ya, "olay budur abi" :)

Excellent photo! Surface of lake is crystal clear and looks like glass. I like reflections of cormorants and different poses of them. Very nice, calm mood. Tight composition of birds isn't bad.

The glassy and still water of the lake is like a veritable mirror here, giving a true reflection of the birds positioned in a theatrical composition, Sebnem.
I value this picture as a great sample of graphic art, not to mention the goldmine of information you have put together on this species of the Cormorant.

Compo and reflections are well done...
Especially like the triangle in the compo.
The one with the spreaded wings is a bit soft though; I don't know whether it could be the DOF range or a 'moving' aspect such as a too slow shutter speed or shaking. I think it is DOF?

Lovely tranquil well presented capture of these Pygmy Cormorants, each individual performing his own action.
I guess that to avoid disturbing them you must have taken this shot at quite a distance but despite this it is pretty sharp.

What a great shot, lovely composition and a great pose, I think the one in front is shwing off but the two behind are just ignoring it, the reflection is superb on the lovely calm water and is as sharp as the actual shot.

Una bella composición Sebnem donde la imagen se confunde con su propia reflexión, gracias a la absoluta quietud de las aguas.
Me gusta mucho el punto de vista y la correcta iluminación con el foco ligeramente soft (imagino que por la gran distancia de la captura) pero que no desmerece la calidad de la presentación.

Beautiful composition Sebnem where the image is confused with its own reflection, due to the absolute still of the waters.
I like a lot the point of view and the correct lighting with the focus slightly soft (I imagine that for the great distance of the capture) but that non deteriorate the quality of the presentation.

What an impressive capture!
The composition here is most wonderful, capturing these 3 cormorants as well as their brilliant reflection.
The warm lighing did well to enhance their colors and gave you these perfect sharp details.
Also the POV is excellent and the DOF very beautiful.

Almost impossible to distinguish between original and reflection. Great composition that need time to understand, as poses mixed with reflections create a rare and beautiful relationship amongs the three birds upside and the two downside.

Very nice shot Sebnem. The reflections are great and the bird spreading it's wings is in an excellent pose. Too bad the other bird is directly behind him as it distracts a little and spoils the composition. Other than that; great work!

This mirror has perfectly caught all the brilliant reflections of the three pygmies. The shy one on the left, the pretender and attention-seeker in the front, and the big talker on its pedestal at the back. They are just adorable, all three of them.

Lovely work, well presented through this beautiful composition. The excellent colours, sharp details, and great control over the exposure gave this photo a very pleasant and appealing look.

I can hear the one sea-raven screeching: "HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!"
The coloration of these cormorants is quite different from the ones I see here < the shags >.

Very good moment to shoot with the reflections in the water.
The sharpness on the screech-shag is best.
