[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hello! i'm back! Actually i'm back to TN and back to home from Germany. Last week i was at the Cologne city related my job. Generally i spent my time at the office. So i couldn't have so much chance to take photo, i left at the office at 06:00 pm and the weather was generally cloudy and rainy. But before going to Cologne, i searched ebay.de at my home and bought a Panasoniz FZ20. Thanks to Jochen (owner of the camera), the camera was used wonderfuly and so in a great condition (i have to add that yesterday i dropped it after i got it from Jochen for sure, this is my usual clamsy feature! Don't worry no any broken part or damage on the camera:-))

As for the photo, Yellow Dung Fly (Scathophaga stercoraria) is informer of the spring, i know from my experience at last year. These are hunters of the other small flies.

i understood that this year i won't use flash so much, because the camera's built-in flash consume the battery immediately and because of its position, i have to use it far away from the subject. On the other hand in low light condition, FZ20 quite good than my A610 and it has Mega OIS system (eliminate hand shaking) that made easier usage at low speed also. So i'm happy about that so i will get nice soft colours i think. One problem i noticed, noises on the photos. i eliminated the noise by noiseware here. But today the lighting condition was not good, so if the lighting is better i may have better results.

i will try to get connected with TN regularly, nice subjects are walking around:-) Today i saw different kind of spiders like hidden trappers or crawling on the leaves and flowers.

Greetings!

The test shot with your new camera is a great success, Ersin. The Yellow Dung Fly has been captured very well. The DOF, details and colours are very good.
To have you back full time on TN would be wonderful. Your pictures are always a great treat to watch with their elements of innovation and drama.
Best regards.

Hello Ersin,

Welcome to the very select club of Panasonic DMC FZ-20 owner group ;-)...

I hope you will appreciate it as I appreciate mine :-)

Your picture of this fly is very promising... I like the colors and you took a very good pov and as usual you did a great composition...

Even if there are some limitations to the camera (lot of noise at ISO 200 and higher, limitation to f8.0 to name 2 of them, the FZ-20 do great pictures reacting very well to Neat Image and to PS sharpness... I hope you'll enjoy it... Maybe we can share our experience using it?

Great job and TFS,

Michel
