Hope you dont take offence to my critique.Maybe a bit off cropping to eliminate the vast background. The fine hairs on the stem are catching and the leaf is well defined otherwise a good pic. T F S.

Welcome to TN!!
i like the idea of show how the ants work all day long. Details over the leaf and stem are great, also the light. Maybe you can try cutting part of the BG at the left, so the leaf can be more centered. Keep trying!!
