| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
One of my favourite cats; Serval. They have elegant long legs and slim body. (I wish...)
I already put some info about servals with my previous post, so here's something different.
Servals are originally from Africa. Their long legs suit well in grassy land there. They were introduced to American continent in the past.
Because of their beautiful spotted coat, servals were/are often hunted for their skin. They are sometimes kept as a pet as well.
I took this photo at a zoo. |

excellent shot with good lighting and sharpness..come contrast would suit me but i wasnt there so the colours are as you saw them
i have seen them in the wild in tanzania and they jump about in the long grass pouncing on their prey...small snakes and mammals..
very pleasant and non threatening...but i wouldnt go too near a mother and cubs
Very nice shot Yukiko.
Your caption really catches the mood of the cat's expression.
Thanks for sharing with us.

Hi Yukiko
A lovely pose with perfect eye contact. The image is very light. I have uploaded a workshop. Thanks.
