Dragon Fly as it is commonly known, found at this time of year in the green parks around UAE. Though UAE is a desert, there are lot of small things like this which amaze people.
Vivid bright red color. I would really appreciate if someone adds the scientific name for this insect. |

Hi there,
Good shot of the dragon fly (also called damsel fly) Haven't got a clue re the scientific name!! I like that you got him against the contrasting stone colour. Just a pity its not sharp (maybe lost some sharpness in the resizing)
