Well this is not the best quality picture (I was a bit far at the time)but I like it anyway because now we can see why the mother was so mad at me: She was protecting her youngsters. Priceless !

Excellent detail of these youngsters. I, too, have an affection for them. I wonder if you add a bit of contrast and saturation if it will bring out the colors you want. Yeah, the mother can get quite irked as I've discovered myself. Still, your mama has three healthy chicks and that's enough to make her proud and protective. Nice job.

Today looks like Osprey day, huh? Good one, though I think a tighter crop would have been beneficial. Great capture nevertheless!

A great shot none the less Mario. I have been wanting to photograph osprey for some time now, in the meantime I'll just have to sit back and admire your fantastic images of them. :)
