“Maybe a Pterodactyl” is the name of this photo and it was taken at the harbor front. I never saw a loon standing so I’m not sure what kind of bird? The size of this bird is approximately three times larger than a big duck. It has a large wingspan. I tried to sneak up on this creature with limited success. A few photos were shot rapidly then he quickly flew away. In total there were three.

Definitely NOT a pterodactyl but then I'm not a bird expert.
Good image; I'd crop it a bit more as in the workshop.
