At first sight it looks like an apple tree, but not sure...
Jokes appart:
From this POV, it looks as if the eyes where separate on the top, if they are, it might be a clubtail or gomphus.
Nice moody shot, with subject well isolated, but placing it there was not fair, your are postprocessing the BG before taking the shot :D

This may be an immature Ashy Clubtail (Gomphus lividus)?, hard to tell for sure..

Hallo Mike,
this 'silent' picture acts through its non-flamboyant colours with shallow green and brown, only. Well composed. The identification is difficult (perhaps the colours are not yet fully developed).

The body shape suggests a damselfly, but I am not sure about the species.

Hi Mike,
this one is beautiful, I like the blue eyes - never seen such a dragon before.
Today I have seen hundreds of damselflies, but only 5 or 6 dragonflies. I don't know why, but perhaps it's to early in the year and the haven't completed their winter-sleep ;-)
