This is a winner, Mike. Not only great on the 'fly, but I also really dig the leaf it's on. I'm also digging the shadow (the light source seems to be a few degrees to the left of the lens. I can't tell if this is natural light or you have your flash off the camera [no exif data to go on]. Whatever it is, it adds a nice sense of depth here). Great job!

I love the clear and delicate you captured the textures here. Great crop and composition too.
I would have pulled down a bit yellow saturation, but of coure color temperature is a question of taste.
