Common Goldeneye - young male

Done at Tommy Thompson Park - Downtown Toronto - Lake Ontario
This Common Goldeneye looks like a female but is a young male probably less than a year old. The characteristic white patch on his face just started to be visible. He has a much stronger and thicker beak compared to a female.
