Ruby-crowned Kinglet
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This year there were fewer fall migrants then usual in my area, but last weekend I managed to get some decent pictures of the Kinglets.
Done at Rattray Marsh Conservation - Mississuga
One of North America's smallest birds, the Ruby-crowned Kinglet can be recognized by its constant wing-flicking. The male shows its red crown only infrequently. (From "All About Birds") |

Fantastic image Mario,
Super fine detail with beautiful natural colors. Love the composition and excellent exposure!! Great job!!!
When I first viewed your photo I had to take a double take, because it reminded me so much of a photo I took of a Ruby-crowned Kinglet about a year or so ago.

Excellent sharpness and details
Great composition, DOF and background.

Another perfect shot Mario. This little bird doesn't seem to have a chin though. I guess it's the angle you shot him at. LOL Very good clarity and the framing's nice too. TFS Trevor
