An awesome shot Joseph. This is a very nice landscape shot with the perfect settings. It sort of looks like a robot tranzformer or rockem'sockem' robots, that got its upper torso knocked completely off. :)

Hi Joseph,
What a very beautiful photo. The combination of the flash filled FG and the dark clouds on the BG are wonderful. The flash really helped to focus on the FG with its little piece of art. The way the ice sort of glued the rocks together is just awesome. I love the hint of orange and pink on the brighter part of the sky breaking up the monotone look of the rest of the photo.

Hi Joseph and really sorry for the delay

This is one magnificent photo!!!
This is one of the very few landscape photos where the flash really works! It lightened the FG beautifullly here, givig good details to the textures and shapes of these icy rock formations.
The colors everywhere are terrific and the sky and clouds give away a splendid BG.
Beautifully exposed, framed and composed.

I have missed many of your recent photos, so will have to catchup. I have had a rest from Treknature as I recently started a new job and now working different hours, also been away on holiday for 19 days, so I do apologise.

This is a stunning landscape. The ice formation on the rocks is a beautiful work of Nature. Excellent flash control on the white. Awesome composition. Congrats! :-)
