Winter looks good to me - no matter what the calender says it is still summer here. The face of this House Finch is magnificent with wonderful details and colors. I love the position of the wings. He shows up so well against the bare branches and blue skies.

Bonjour Asbed,

Une belle capture de ce roselin familier en vol, elle permet de voir les détails et les coul;eurs de l'oiseau. Les branches cadrent bien l'oiseau. Ce ciel bleu envoie une lumière qui mey en valeur les couleurs de l'image. Bon weekend.

this is a good photo of that nicely coloured finch in flight as you have captured it with a fast 1/2000th second exposure.I sure would like to know what iso was used as the photo looks grainy in places but I do like the light and the colour very much.Asbed you have become TN's resident in flight specialist and that is no mean feat as in flight shots can be difficult.Thanks for sharing.
