How educational this site is!
I have never heard of a Dark-eyed Junco before!
You have captured it with a fine, sharp focus detailing the colour of its rear plummage well. Is its breast a similar colour or does it contrast?
A great pose and a nice, off-centre composition.

Something in a mystique about this one..not harsh colours and not even dull colours but something passed through the eye and image...can't put a name to it...but it works for me and as long as it works for you then we are a consensus of 2!

Hello Mario,

The bird from you photo is shown in such a good light, many color tones being rendered on the plumage. The sjarp imageshows good details both on the bird and trunck beneath. Plumage colors makes a fine contrast with the grey background.

Ah ben, j'ai manqué cette photo de monsieur (madame?) le junco. Toujours aussi joli et la luminosité est tellement "novembre"! Joli pose du monsieur, on voit bien le beau plumage. MErci Mario!
