| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [French] |
| The Common Merganser feeds on the fish, insects, crustaceans, molluscs and amphibians that it finds near freshwater lakes and rivers. Found in southern Québec and the Maritimes, it spends the winter in the same regions, where water expanses are free of ice. An excellent diver, it is also renowed for its speedy flight. The length of the Common Meganser is 53 to 69 cm. |

Hi Joseph!
Really nice action shot, I love the way they're leaning to the front like runners at the end of the race :) Water drops going up in the air also add to the motion of the shot.. Well seen and taken, TFS!
Best regards,
Andor
