[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Well I'm having alot of fun with this Adobe Lightroom RAW conversion software (yeah i know it sounds geeky). This is a RAW image from my Tombstone Park that up until now I haven't developed.
Turns out decent software can in many ways make up for a lack of filters.
I shoot with a 4/3 frame camera, but I cropped this photo to a 3/2 ratio.

This is another of your surreal landscapes. What a trip that must have been...and to have good weather too! I like this a lot. I guess I'd better start to seriously think about shooting RAW, huh? This is a wonderful sharp image with good color saturation and a strong composition with interest throughout.

Hi Tim,
I am convinced of the need to one day get up north to the Yukon. This photo is wonderful.About your note if you are having fun with your photo software there is really nothing geeky about it,I could also be considered geeky as well but it beats out sitting around and doing nothing or getting loaded up on drink or watching brain damaging television.Keep those pictures rolling in. Bob

Hi Tim,
I've downloaded lightroom a few days agao but haven't had time yet to explore it. It seems it is doing the trick perfectly. Is it easy to understand?

The result is more then wonderful, with such richness in colors and clarity. That sky is just awesome!
A really wonderful shot.
