[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Today I give you a simple photo I call Sparkle and Shine.
Like a trail of diamond dust the sunlight upon the water created by the passing wake of the swimming muskrat held for me a certain fascination.I walked along with the swimmer all the while hoping to capture the highlights behind the little rodent,a creature that didn't seem to mind me being nearby. The muskrat was making it's way home with a mouth full of water weeds and eventually dived down and out of sight only to reemerge and walk into it's den on the side of lake it lives in.I hope you like this sparse photo I offer as this time my focus really is on the light. It was clear and sunny at the time and so very peaceful as well as I was the only person at the lake at the time.Just me enjoying the fine light.

Dear Bob!

Many thanks for this wonderful picture! The title suits the subject very well and the large format highlights the brightness as well as the "Sparkle and Shine". But what I like most in your picture is its simplicity and the fact it is just a pleasure to look at it.

Kind regards

Markus
