| An amazing sky near the North Saskatchewan River a few days ago. The cone shape on the left appeared to be an updraft, and almost looked like an inverted tornado, and the layers to the right had a painted look about them. I've never seen anything like this. |

the sky is really scaring, but the road is destroying the whole ambiance. The sky is so great, I tried a WS. hope you like

Hi Dave,
I agree with you about this sky-it is amazing!The image has good detail,colour and focus.The composition is very good and thanks for showing this cool looking sky.Did you have a storm at the time or very soon after you took this photo?The road by the way doesn't bother me in the slightest however if you could of uploaded a larger picture it would of had more impact.
