[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi Folks , something straight forward today , a wild sunflower I believe may be called a Gaillardia a favorite flower that I am happy to see is come to bloom :-) I will of coarse be frequenting these flowers in hopes of finding some nice flower spiders , I am hoping to finally see one with its prey :-)

I was re-reading your bio...and small town or not it didn't make you a dummy as some folks in small towns....I know...been there done that. This is a fine example of a sunflower. Hey! What more can I say? It's a good photographer and as Nikon!

i always thought this was a garden flower, but i guess they were native plants somewhere before they were brought into our gardens. you can see my flower shots on TL which are better than my insect shots. your wildlife images are very good.
