Hi Folks , today's photo is of a Wilson's Phalarope , which I got to photograph at our local bird sanctuary Frank lake.
I found them to be a little comical , while feeding they spin around in these tight little circles and it was funny to watch , it is why this one is leaning over.
apparently they do this to stir up their food , by swimming in the little circle the cause a vortex in the water that makes the insects rise to the surface so they are easier to get to.

Hello Art,
Nice detail and color with good DOF. I like the comp for this POV and pose, it works. I would like to see the eye of the bird, but not much you could do about that considering the ambient light & its direction.
