These images are a dedication to my friend Freskida A. I've often been asking her to put extra zeros into my meager deposits at the bank; however, she is a true friend and does not want me to become far more wealthier than I already am. She says:"There are DANGERS hidden in riches... and you are far too awesome to be placed in harm's way". Thanks Fresky!!! So, here's your payback for "looking" after my interests.

This is what it looks like when emerging out of its home or womb called CHRYSALIS. It waits drying out its wings by pumping blood into them. Once ready it flys out.

The Owl Eye butterfly is almost similar looking to the Morpho when it wings are closed; here's one on its FIRST DAY OF FLIGHT. To see the difference between the two you need to open this link. OWL EYE and BLUE MORPHO with wings "CLOSED".

AND NOW LET US LAUGH A BIT!!!

Hello Mario,
This is an amazing capture of Blue Morpho with wings in unique angle of attack; to me it reminds me of an aircraft with tail wheel viz DC-3. I like your technical html notes equally. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Mario,
interesting view, but the picture is not sharp enough for my impression.
regards
Pierre

Hi dear Mario.
Splendid specimen of the Blur Morpho. You managed to reflect its colouration and majestic shapes greatly. Low POV is amazing and very impressive. May framing is not the best considering the cutting a piece of wing. Thanks a lot and best wishes.
Alexei.
