Children usually run into them to find a FOUR LEAVED
one. It is "considered" GOOD LUCK.
The real FOUR-LEAF CLOUVER is the unusual variation of the common three leaf clouver. Some patches of land
due to pollution, soil composition and other environmental factors do contain this 4 leaved type.
Sometimes they even have more than 4 leaves. As per
Guinness Book of World Records the highest # is 18
leaves. In every 10,000 3 leaf clouver trees about only 1 four-leaf plants exist.
Legend says that each leaf represents something e.g.
hope,faith,love & the 4th. LUCK.
Some people believe that the 4 leaf clouver is caused by genetic factors. Personally, I believe that it is caused by a somatic mutation or a developmental error of environmental effects. |

You should look for them with four or even better five leaves, they will bring luck for the day!

Hello Mario,
I love children and I love nature plus I love everything that teach us something, even the smaller piece of informatio that at firs seems insignificant, but with you I am learning a new world of nature, you care about others you don't know and it is clear how much you love nature and it's inhabitants, thank you for shaing your world with us. I did not know about this leaf before and thank you, now I do know.
