| I catched that juvenile malard male during a canoe ride on the St-Charles river near Quebec city. As they look for food, that species become very familiar to the humain being. |

Wellcome on TN Gosselin,
Very good first photo, you send us, I really like this shot, the capture is very nice, the colours are great, and I like the dof, Ver good job you did
Superbe photo qui nous met face à ce canard.
Bravo Steeve, j'aime beaucoup cette photo ainsi que l'expression du canard.
Welcome on TN Steeve. Very nice first post. Very clear and clever use of the limited dof to set off the mallard in the front of the picture. Normally I would say it is a little dark but here the lack of light contributes very well. Nice job.
Welcome to TN gosselin the subject is well seen, but the bit of one in the background is distracting, it could be either cloned out or blurred into the BG.

Welcome to TN, Great picture, Very good sharpness and colors. Great details and I really like the color of the water and the reflections from the malards in it.
