Deer hunters keep out

Image taken in the forest South of Matane, Gaspé Peninsula.
Zoom used - Difficult to shoot with bright sunshine and shades. I have tried to correct it with a WS.
I cropped the photo in order to be able to post it. Corrected colors, contrasts and levels.
If somebody could help. I guess something could be done to darken the bright background, I would appreciate it.
Cheers,

Cute Bambi Robert.
I like the colours.
I did a quick WS but it's very difficult to do a good one from this picture. Maybe it works beter from the original picture.

With experience and the more you shoot, you'll eventually use the manual setting on your cam if it has one. This is where you overide the automatic light sensor and you set the speed and Fstop, to bypass the bright/dark in the image. In this case the bright, as this is your subject which is the deer. Underexposing the deer. Your light meter in the camera overexposed the deer.
No worries, well done on this effort, keep trying, it's how we learn. :) :)
