| The Botannical Gradens in Montreal have a special hothouse set aside for butterflies to live in,which you can visit around this time of year, called "Butterflies Go Free". One can walk around inside the lush hothouse with hundreds of beautifully colored butterflies flying around, even landing on one. There is a special area set aside for these very large butterflies or moths to breed in - their cocoons hang on the strings you can see in this image. |
