amazingly blue sky great expressions on the birds nice focus. i suggest you put a link in your note so it's easier to get to the other image.

great photo of these two merlins with much detail and great colour and sharp focus.The only thing that throws me is the dark blue of the sky as I have never seen one quite like it,maybe the polarizer wasn't needed.I like it and thank you for letting us all see this photo. Bob

This is an impressive picture! Those birds are amazing and I had the chance to see them last year as I know where they were nesting. I have a few shots of them but never that good. I hope that they'll be back this year! I like this lightning, POV, details and composition a lot. The only thing that is missed in my POV in a catch light in their dark eyes but I know that it is not always possible. This is a beautiful picture of a nice specie! Thanks,
