Bonjour,
Prise de vue tout à fait originale. On peut se demander si cette oie est vivante !
Bonne journée.

Hi Rick
Very nice shot ,clear image with excellent POV.I like the matching colors from the main subject and BG.
Funny point I will be posting 2 or 3 picture to completed my series on my trip to Calgary and one of them is similar to your picture ,same position but with a differents location and lightning.

Hi Rick,
very smart, that should save some time for more courtshipping ;-), but hopefully the eagle will not claim it back.
Very nice shot , the goose almost has an anticipating look on its face. Very nice clear details and the composition is very nice and accompanied by an interesting note.

Hello Rick,
Fine sharp and interesting capture of brooding Canada Goose. I never knew that they could choose a nesting site up a tree, in this case a ready made one! Your WS also explains why her head is low and the POV.
Thanks for this one and have a good week!

Hi Rick,
Another fascinating shot from you. It is just amazing to see this goose on the nest. The clarity and colors are wonderful. She has such a wonderful, peaceful, expression on her face. The workshop was interesting too.

Hi Rick, another great picture. Canada Goose are very common here in Arizona during winter, there are few that end up staying on the parks where they are fed all the time by people.. I really like them they are very beautiful, nice pose, POV and composition..well done my friend..

Very touching, stoic expression on the face of this patient "mom", Rick :-).
A wonderful image from an apt point of view.

I love the way geese spread themselves out so broadly over the nest with their heads down so low. We do have LOTS of Canadian geese here and they do the same thing. The workshop photo is neat. I have seen nests in the very top of stacked hay bales and wondered about the babies getting to ground level. Nice shot. Thanks for sharing

Outstanding Rick! The posture is priceless. Plus you made excellent use of the WS feature to supplement the Notes and the photo. Tfs, Jay
It looks like this Wawa says: "My goose is cooked"...
