Black-crowned Night-Heron in flight

The light was very poor, clouds and drizzle. I managed to make the bird reasonable well but the color of the sky became to light.:-(

Description
Medium-sized, stocky heron.
Short neck and thick black bill.
Black cap and back.
Wings gray.
Underparts white.
Size: 58-66 cm (23-26 in)
Wingspan: 115-118 cm (45-46 in)
Weight: 727-1014 g (25.66-35.79 ounces

Done at Osprey Marsh, a little park 10 minutes drive from my home.
Hand held, no flash, not from a blind.

Great picture! Incredibly sharp despite the motion. The details on the outstretched wing are beautiful. It seems almost like it's looking at you from the corner of its eye.

The shot is good and i appreciate the quality of the picture especially the head,becaus we can see his eye and it's really not ovious to get this quality on the head. TFS.
