| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| Back for a second season, this barn swallow and her last year's family are working at a frantic pace to repair the old nest on a light fixture under my upper deck. They arrive with much chirping and trilling, daub in the bits of mud, and off they go for another load. We are looking forward to a new family! Note to self: put plastic sheet on deck floor! |

Very unusual pose. I am not much of a critiquing person but to me, the pose is what makes this photo so nice.
