I took this flower of Painted Trillium while walking with my son in the forest close to here. We were looking for Large White Trillium flowers (Trillium grandiflorum) species vulnerable here in Quebec but unfortunately did not find any So we had to contented us with this painted trillium and red trillium that grows rather abundantly close to here and which is quite as pretty .Better chance next time!
