Those Common Redpolls eat all they can before migrating to North for the summer. They are eating thistle and sunflower seeds widespread on the snow through the winter season.
Whit tose on the ground and those in my trees, I evaluate at 300 their number.

- resize
- add some brightness and contrast to get a
better view on the little birds (11-15cm)
- add some sharpness too

Nice composition.
White areas are a little overexposed but it makes a
good effect.TFS...:)

Au premier coup d'oeil, je croyais qu'il s'agissait d'insectes à cause de l'épaisseur de la couche de neige nettement plus haute que les oiseaux. (En Belgique, nous n'avons pas beaucoup de neige) Heureusement que la note explique le sujet. Amicalement. Serge.
