Hi Silke. when they are as good as this keep on posting. you have used the strong light so well to gve good detail and colour.the nice wing markings stand outvery clear. a nice pose on the flowers. well done TFs. good notes too.

It certainly looks fine as shot in RAW. I tried it a few days ago and frankly I don't have space to do these and save them as JPEGS more or less do I have time. You did a fine job on this one. It is a sturdy reliable model:-)

Composed well and I like the BG here.
It looks like the lights direction was not in your favor here. In this case, fill flash might've helped? I find that the best light is mid-morning. If you shoot towards sunlight, or if it's overhead, you can't control it very well. You will always have trouble exposing correctly in this case.
Still, a pleasant image.

I have now offically passed on from jealousy. My skin is now green. A monarch on a BLUE flower... unheard of... I must work harder to keep up with you. You hide all your beauty away.. I am slinking back into the hole from which I crawled! Amazing clarity, smooth as glass DOF... Who is this Silke?
